Congratulations Erv Woller and Ring Bros.!
Columbus, Ohio - For the second consecutive year, a Baer Brake System equipped car has won the coveted Street Machine of the Year at the Goodguys PPG Nationals. Erv Woller’s, Ring Bros. constructed 1969 Camaro “Razor” was the top finisher of 28 cars, the largest field ever.
Equipped front and rear with Baer’s flagship system the Extreme Plus, the system was custom finished with calipers matching the accents in the paint job. The system looked fantastic! The Ring Bros. attention to detail is nothing short of amazing and is further proof that the Ring Bros. continue to be one of the top builders in the World!
In addition to the intensive Judging regiment the cars were subjected to, this year’s contestants were also required to run in a demanding Autocross course three times for a combined total of 3000 feet. Erv piloted “Razor” to an impressive 18.466.
In addition to Erv Woller’s amazing Camaro, All 5 of the top finishers were equipped with Baer Brake Systems! Proving once again that Baer Brake systems are the only option when competing at the top levels of show car competition!
The top five finishers for this year’s Street Machine of the Year award included Gary Abraham (’70 Nova), Kevin Alstott (’68 Camaro), Jeff Hanson (’69 Camaro), James McLeod (’69 Camaro Convertible), and Woller’s “Razor” 1969 Camaro.
