Baer® Sport-Touring-Pads
Warranted to be free from manufacturing defect for the specific cataloged application.

When purchased and used in conjunction with Baer DecelaRotor®, Baer EradiSpeed® or purchased within a Baer Claw® Brake System Conversion, Baer® Sport-Touring-Pads are warranted to deliver noise free operation (as defined by SAE test standard), throughout their service-life. Purchase must include a set of Baer® Sport-Touring-Pads and either a set of DecelaRotor™ or EradiSpeed™ rotor sets for the same vehicle application on a single invoice, or any Baer Claw® Brake System purchased after July 1st, 2007.

Noise free service life for Baer® Sport-Touring Pads is defined as being up to (wear is not covered) twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase by the end user.

Baer, Inc. will not replace pads for customers wishing to return the Baer® Sport-Touring-Pads because of dissatisfaction with noise. Baer, Inc.’s only remedy will be to provide financial compensation in the fashion listed below.

• Customer must obtain an RMA and include a copy of the invoice on which the pads were purchased. Upon receipt and inspection by Baer, Inc., a measurement of pad thickness will be taken and compared to blueprint.
• If less than 10% of the friction material has been worn, Baer, Inc. will refund 100% of the actual price paid or up to the current published suggested retail price (whichever is lowest) for the Baer® Sport-Touring Pads in question less any tax, freight or installation charge.
• When more than 10% of the friction material has been worn, Baer, Inc. will pro-rate the amount to be refunded based upon the actual price paid or up to the current published suggested retail price (which ever is lowest) for the Baer® Sport-Touring Pads in question less any tax, freight or installation charge.

No additional warranty or remedy is either expressed or implied.

DecelaRotor®
Warranted to be free from manufacturing defect for the service life of the rotor for the specific cataloged application.

Warranted against warping* to the original owner for three-years from the date of purchase.

Warranted against cracking when purchased and used in conjunction with Baer® Sport-Touring-Pads for three years.

DecelaRotors® have no wear rate warranty.

Surface Finish has no wear rate warranty and is not covered by Baer, Inc. limited product warranty.

No additional warranty or remedy is either expressed or implied.
